Health and Healing Group

The Labyrinth, Monday September 1st at 7.30

This is a group discussing topics related to healing, spirituality and meditation.
Occasionally we have outside speakers and for these meetings we charge for the evening, otherwise the charge is a voluntary donation. Usually we meet on the first Monday of the month.

The labyrinth is a tool for reflection and quiet contemplation. In different forms they have existed for over 3,500 years. They are found in many parts of the world and are used by people of many faiths and none. We have made one in our garden and would like this opportunity to share it with you. Maggie Smith, a trained Labyrinth facilitator, will tell us about the labyrinth and how to walk it.
If the weather does not allow us to stay outside to walk the labyrinth we will be inside and discuss Eckhart Tolle’s new book   “A New Earth”
Find a quote from the book that speaks to you and share it with the group.
